I'll sub for Robert on this one.
You have to have fresh mint, otherwise don't bother
Ingredients:
2-3 oz Light rum
Juice of 1 Lime (1 oz)
2 tsp Ultra-fine Sugar
2-4 Mint sprigs
Soda water
Mixing instructions:
Lightly muddle the mint and sugar with a splash of soda water in a mixing glass until the sugar dissolve and you smell the mint. Squeeze the lime into the glass, add rum and shake with ice. Strain over cracked ice in a highball glass. Top with soda water, garnish with mint sprig and serve.

No worries, the smoking is for medicinal purposes only. It does 2 things. Makes me eat and I forget what the other one is. :D
Don't worry tho I'll turn the exhaust fans on high so you won't smell it. You may leave with a swirly hair style but just have a couple more and you won't even know it.

| I just got back from the Doctors with strep throat :-( I just love the beginning of the school year! Make mine a triple shot of tequila, followed by another... If I'm still conscious, keep pouring :-) |

Judy I've never had a mint julep so I have nothing for you there, but I have had may Mojitos I don't remember.

Oh no you can't do that. Then I'd have to start deleting some of the double accounts I've had to open just so I could have a fav. photog there. Remember not to bring up these three things when drinking.
