		How about portraits with available light, any color format, with subject being a small child that will stay in place no longer than 30 seconds?

  So, you hook up a webcam, send me the URL, and I'll photograph my monitor -- should provide a suitable "grainy" photo...no, that was last week...maybe it would qualify as a "new" technique. |

		| I'm surprised that portraits hasn't been a challenge already (not that it isn't one that could be done over and over again).  Surprised and glad.  It's one that we'll inevitably have to get to and I'm glad I didn't miss it.  I'm a horrible portrait photographer (although actively working to correct that), but I LOVE to see portraits that really capture a person's spirit.  Would take HOURS to vote, but I'd love every minute. |
