Okay, I'm tickled and just had to share. One of my Hurricane Rita photos was selected as Photo of the Day on Weather.com for the Weather Channel. I'm on the cover of the homepage at the moment, but in case you miss it, check out the Galleries! Yippee! You don't win anything, but it's pretty cool to me! Weather.com

way to go. I took a few shots of sugar cane fields when katrina came through. Not very far from; living in Lafayette.
Hope you have power, I heard quite a few were out in NI. |

Really great shot Van! I saw thar photo when they posted it, and thought it was a really cool shot! I didn't put it together with anyone from DPC until now! Congrats!

We gained power back the same night. We were lucky.
