Now I'm really convinced that polls are not to be trusted...
Our actual poll shows more people interested in submitting to the "Rule of Thirds" challenge, yet the submissions to "Bubbles" almost doubles the ones to "Rule of Thirds" ...

There's a huge number of Undecideds as well.
That doesn't necessarily negate your basic premise though ... polls are nothing but statistics. |

Polls that contain 'undecided' values usually produce results that are vague.

because its the actual paying members who are answering the poll, and have probably not yet rushed in an entry.
some of the less experienced 'open' members are probably filling the challenge with the first thing they see.
that's not an insult, that's also what I did back when I thought I was 'good'.
