Still one of my favourites and done entirely in camera (except for cropping). Wish my Panasonic was able to produce this effect.

Not sure this is really 'digital art' but I've begun tinkering around with mixing photography with GIF animation. A simple program to do this can be found here.
Lots of possibilities including 'themed' animations, playing with processing, journeys, time-lapse etc. Here are three attempts which I'm not too pleased with but it's a learning process to see what works. How about a challenge based on this approach?!
