There are some, I think. But the best advice I can give you is become a member. It's only $25.00 a year about 1/2 the cost on half life 2 game you have in your profile. A very good investment.

Absolutely none...this is an entity until itself! It's the best for learning short of an online course and a lot more fun! A true university of photography with tons more teachers....and there isn't another college that you pay only $25.00 for tuition a year....if there were I could spell betterer! LOL!

Strange as it may sound, $25 is a lot of money in some places. In some cases, not having a credit card might be the problem.

The guy's a student and I'll guess $25 is a month's room-rent there.
(HL2 might be floating around on the campus)

Disclaimer: all of the above is speculation based on my own experiences five years ago.

Please don't take my post as offensive. In no way was I trying to offend. My point was this. I don't think you will find a better site than DPC [My Opinion] so instead of participating in several sites that will not even come close to the quality of this site you can invest $25.00 and enjoy up to 4 challenges in a week. And not to mention a lot of voting, commenting, and posting in the forums.
Believe me I know how hard it is to come up with $25.00, I have been there. I would not have what I do if it was not for the loving family that surrounds me. ashishkushwaha which way you choose to go just remember we welcome you here at DPC and wish you the best. Registered Users are just as important as Members in my book.
Scott.

There are other sites....

How about Fuji Mugs. It used to be just for Those with Fuji Cams, but they now have an 'open' category. The feedback there is unbeatable!

...oh..and its free.

Jesus people, he wasn't asking for testominonals for the membership program, he was looking for other sites like DPchallenge.

Google is your friend:

Jesus people? Where?

Remember though, you can 'participate' in actually 3 challenges a week. Even as a basic member. You can submit for one challenge, vote and comment on one challenge, and comment on yet another challenge. You've cast 0 votes and only given a handful of comments...no wonder you think it's boring, you're not utilizing the features.

I recently signed up at //www.fotofight.com/ , haven't entered an competitions there yet. They say in their FAQ something about a $25 prize for winning too, but I havne't seen it award on the site (looked through their archives). The community is also much smaller and seems less active than dpc.

Hehehe... suggesting that site might get you into a little bit of trouble around here :)... there was quite a lot of uproar when someone here discovered that it's pretty much a complete ripoff of dpc - they even stole the editing rules from here.

third - maybe we should have invitational challenges for people who've cast more votes than received (I've got some catching up to do as well).
