Definately fits the challenge, but not a shot that I personally find all that appealing. I guess I'm a little old school to see artistic merit in such a routine part of life. I'm assuming that you used the flash here to catch the drops. IMHO this gives the shower an odd appearance. I'm surprised that you don't have more harsh shadows behind the rest of the figure...

Nice lighting though maybe not dramatic enough to fully bring out the form of your model. You have some very bizarre color banding going on in the background. Almost as if there was a pattern there that I can not figure out. What did you use for a background? I'm sure that you are getting comments about this not being a nude shot. I am not sure it fits the challenge myself. Nude doesn't have to be totally naked but should at least give the illusion of it IMHO.

I know what you are trying to do here and I can appreciate the attempt! Your lighting is not quite right though to make the form pop out of the frame. I am quite the novice myself so I can not offer any good advice on how to make this more effective except to say play around with it. Good job

Interesting effect. It's almost like you see more detail when you are looking slightly away from the detail you are trying to see. I do think that I'd prefer a little more luminosity around the top side of the arc formed by the model. Not a lot more. Just enough to bring the detail forward a tad. Good job

Great concept! Love the overall effect. I however don't think that you need as much negative space as you included. I think you would have a more powerful image if the model and guitar took up roughly 1/4th the image. Just my oppinion. Oh by the way. That's an impressive border. Really big!
