Pity the microphone is so prominent, but there probably wasn't much you could do about that. Overall very good, nice expression, good DOF and composition (apart from the mic). Colours are a bit muted.

Great shot. Wish the mic wasn't there though. Looks out of place with him in full head dress.

Even with all of the color here, I still only see the mic first. Without that, it would be a great picture IMO.

I like the amount of colour this picture has, although I think it might have been important to have the mic in the picture... I think it takes away from the over all picture.

I really don't like that the microphone is obstructing part of the performer's eye. Just a couple of steps to your right, and you could have got rid of the microphone altogether. Focus should ALWAYS be on the eyes, not the microphone as here.
