Erosionby remboComment: A simple image of a very interesting location. In this case, the shaddows and light make the image...... |

Millions of yearsby fridjoComment: Plenty of years there, however the overall image just seems to lack a subject or focal point, and the colours are not strong enough to carry the image like it is.......... |

Black rock pointby nico_blueComment: A nice long exposure image, however the horrizon crossing at the centre of the image doesn't work for me................. |

Layersby FocusPointComment: A great location for the challenge. I do not know whether it is that the image horizon is not straight, or due to the heavy subject loading on one side, but it feels like the image needs to be rotated....Maybe an illusion, but it feels down at the right.
Also, some additional Post Processing I feel could have got more out of this image. Ie use of the Shaddows/Highlight function in PS (or similar) would have allowed more detail to be retained in the upper area of the rocks (white area) a richer red for the rest of the rocks, a richer green as well in the vegetation and therefore produce a really striking image. |

natural flower potby xavcthComment: I like the shapes and paths through this image. However, the overall grey feel does not do it justice. Some extra Post Processing could have brought out the red of the flowers, and the different colours int he rocks, which would then have made this a brilliant shot. |

Water and Rocksby Pug-HComment: A really interesting rock. I think you might have cropped this a little too tight, as the surrounding water and greenery would have beenr eally good to frame and balance the photo. Furthermore, having additional space to the right, with the flowing water, I feel would have added both extra interest, and ofset the rock well. |

Dinosaur Walkby delinComment: An interesting spot to photograph, and one that works well for the challenge. Some different lighting to give a more dramatic feel could have really made this image one of the best. The current bright patch at the bottom right for me is a distraction from the overall photo |

Evolution's Window.......from pebbles to pylonsby bcenuComment: A different but well thought of image for the challenge, that has also been well executed. I probably would have cropped the upper inch, which just has the wood beam, and left the next wood beam and the pillars to naturally frame the image, thereby avoiding the large brown area at the top of the image. |

Amethystby hajekaComment: A great collection of stones, and well lit, as you have managed to avoid the bright overpowering reflections that most people get when photographing these angular pieces of rocks...... |

Amalfi coastlineby Rino63Comment: I like the deep, rich colour of the sky. However, the rocks seem to fade into each other, while you have some great colours there that could have eben worked with. Some adjustments to individual colour layers could have brought out the reds and greets from the grey rock, and made a more appealing image |
