A great location for the challenge. I do not know whether it is that the image horizon is not straight, or due to the heavy subject loading on one side, but it feels like the image needs to be rotated....Maybe an illusion, but it feels down at the right.
Also, some additional Post Processing I feel could have got more out of this image. Ie use of the Shaddows/Highlight function in PS (or similar) would have allowed more detail to be retained in the upper area of the rocks (white area) a richer red for the rest of the rocks, a richer green as well in the vegetation and therefore produce a really striking image. |

When I saw that this challenge was announced, I knew that some of the top photos would be from the canyons and red rock. Beautiful shot. I like how you didnt over do it with the saturation of colours. |
