My only 10...well my only vote even over a 7. This didn't need a title to explain it. The composition is wonderful. The viewer feels the mood of the photo without words or explanation.

The DOF really puts the focus on the main subject. The rich bright colors just make you like this photo. The one thing I think you did very well is your DOF and slight movement in the background and street area gives this that movement/action feeling. It brings the photo to life and the viewer feels the action. I hope this does well in the challenge...it's a great photo !
