This looks like a neat location and the comp is good, but I can't quite tell if this picture is really blurry or really over processed... It just looks very off to me.

Butterfly, Reflection & Ripples

Interesting shot. Wish we could see the butterfly a little better, but that's probably hard to do with a reflection shot. His (the butterfly's) colors are neat though. I also like the ripples down at the bottom. I think a little more clarity and maybe a slightly different composition would improve this shot a lot.

At the Lake

This looks somewhere between serene and ominous. :) Might have cropped a tad closer on the left and gotten that partial boat and house out of there, but its not such a big deal. The water and that bench on the right are what's really drawing me in to this, though.

I would have liked this better with some of the people at the bottom cropped out, and it would be nice to see more of the fireworks at the top.

Solid Ground

I love the smokey battlefield and the clusters of soldiers in the foreground and the background. With all the haze though, the soldiers don't stand out quite as much as I'd like.. Maybe playing with the contrast and levels could fix that.

Also a shot of just the people in the foreground that are in the center of the shot (with the guy leaning over talking to the people walking by, and the guy on the end of their group with the flag) would have been cool too. That moment is what really draws me in to this shot.
