im not sure but i think thats the flash lighting the neck of the glass and some of the bottle :), personally i would have tried another light source i think its a bit too dark :S is that sunlight directed fr0m the right?

hi everyone thanks for the votes and comments they were really helpful, intially i intended to have the Jar in focus with my little cousins face in the background, but since the Jar was rather heavy and her hand started to hurt, i didnt want to push it ;).

As for being out of focus i suspect thats the sweets moving around plus the lighting was a little tough, my other cousin was holding my table lamp from the left side lol !
