So, I saw the mouth first. Confusion began when I read the title...I saw the glasses, then the necklace, then the earrings. My assumption, which may be wrong, is that by the hand framing the ear, that the earrings are the subject. If that is correct, then you've got way too much going on here.

I would consider cropping to just below the breast and having the subject's arm just slightly lower. The current arm placement is cutting the line and shape of the eye, which is what I see first.

The intensity, the focus, the story...

This is an extraordinary shot, something that comes around once in a blue moon. Beautiful crispness, excellent capture, your angle is perfect, the people jumping all seem to jumping for your benefit. This is something that I could look at all day and keep seeing something different.

The shape, relaxation and placement of this hand indicates someone intimately knowledgable of the piano. The reflection in the keys is wonderful as well. This is a great shot.
