Let's see, you're driving around Times Square at 01:00AM with camera and tripod and you want to know if it is safe to shoot where? LOL! Anyway it's a super image and I would love to see a larger version if you got one on line somewhere. Very vibrant for a black white...the colors must have been awesome! Hi! Great colors and shot. Congrats on your top 20 finish. The building is part of the University of the Arts Campus on South Broad Street which is also known as the Avenue of the Arts. I think a building up by Pine Street, behind you in this shot, also was being lit with colored lights and also patterns earlier in the year. I have not noticed it recently. Congrats again!
