A little perspective work might have helped this a bit. Not sure what the crop is about. the campus is a little to shadowy for this to be real effective but I like reflection shots. It appears you did what you could with the contrast difference between the reflection and the window hardware without one being blown out so good job.

Use rainX next time to treat the glass, the drops are too running and the edges no smooth...the rainX prevents this as well as giving a better, higher, smoother drop....Perhaps a review of Setzler's drop shot image may help as well.

Shoot...the capture of the splatter, I'm guessing, water melon would have made this perfect for the motion blur challenge...for this challenge I would have preferred a bit more focus on the holder of the melon but I like it anyway.

The detail and colors of the eagle are quite good in this....the background leaves me cold.....fine image for the challenge them....though it looks like it's bill had been broken and perhaps not as strong as it might be, the symbolism overrides that for me.

re shoot for silhouettes and see if it does as well there....nice biceps., the chest is a little uneven. like the silhouette....not sure about the distraction of the background by the model's right arm.

too macro for me to tell what it is....Steel? it's strong in and of itself....but in what capacity is its strength shown here. Dunno.....Good macro/abstract shot.
