Sub-Entranceby edchuahComment: Subway entrance? It's a whole lot nicer than the ones where I live...nice symmetry, must not have been easy to get without people on the stairs. It might have been interesting at night. |

HSID ETILETASby JakeComment: Nicely composed, but I don't find myself all that interested in the subject. |

a world full of wiresby heartsdivideComment: This looks a little dark to me, but it may be my piece of poo monitor...but otherwise, there's nothing wrong with it technically. I think it's a bit busy - too many lines going too many directions, and the focal point becomes the top of the telephone pole, but there isn't really anything to look at there... I don't think that the white cloud on the left 3rd helps. |

Garden of Tulipsby sweetk1685Comment: A little bit underexposed, I think, the leaves and the flowers are very dark. You might have overexposed the sky if you had a longer exposure though, but maybe from a different side of the plant or a different time of day they would have been less backlighted, and then easier to expose? |

White and Blueby zhsteveComment: Quite nice how the cloud there mirrors the clumps of flowers. Good composition around that, though I'm not sure about the out of focus one in the lower right corner. The fact that that blue clashes with the sky blue bothers me a bit, so I'm not sure you should empasize it (though I realize those colors are completely beyond your control). |

Rottingby KimblyComment: Set it up. Decided that the past-ripe cherry tomatoes I had would be a good subject. I tried photographing them inside, but I don't have an external flash and the incandescent light was really messing with the colors. So I went out on the sidewalk next to my apartment, squished a few, and started taking shots. It was difficult to fine a time when there weren't cars on the street or people walking by. DoF was fixed by the camera's 'macro' function, white balance was set to cloudy, it may be -0.6 EV. I got a few weird looks and some 'are you ok?'s. I liked the blue background, and the stop signs. |
