I was just flipping through on a boring night and came across this photo I rated a long time ago. I can't believe I never noticed the second rainbow. I only gave this a 6 before and it is definitely deserving of more. I love the sharpness and contrast.

This is my favourite.... congrats on the soon to be 2nd place. I didn't actually vote... (soooo many photos to vote on... ugh) or maybe I could've helped this photo be 1st! Love the contrast, the detail. The hands almost seem like they're reaching out of the photograph! The hands seem a little centered in the photograph. I probably would have cropped out a bit at the bottom (which would probably make it a square photo) or changed the composition when shootings to put the hands reach the bottom of the frame. All in all... still my favourite and congrats on the ribbon.

I agree with yanko here.... even the colours are the same. My photo wasn't very good and had very little thought put into it. I can see you obviously put effort into trying to perfect and learn a new technique to you and your result is very good, but try at least be a little more original.

This really needed a quicker shutter. The bird is moving fast, but the water would be splashing slow and still give you the time lapse you were looking for. Combined with the shakiness of your hand it just made the entire shot out of focus. I love what you were trying to do, but it just didn't work.
