LOD has really made me think about editing and cropping and framing, blah blah.
so here it is, the riverbank, very little crop as I feel I got it right in Camera, tonemapped, of cause, some adjustment to colour but that is all, this scene was totally awsome and I think I could never capture the true beauty of this place, you just have to go there YOURSELF and see it.
This is a golf course so take your clubs with you..

est score - 6.6
dream score - anything over a 7 is always a dream for me.

Good luck mpeters or jaime I hope to kick your ass with this shot.

A really inviting scene. If it takes golf to get in, then sign me up.

If the foreground greens had not been pushed tot he point of being cartoonish, I bet this would have made top 10. A beautifully-seen scene, so to speak :-)

I thought this might be yours with the processing. What a day to find such and interesting sky. The water looks gorgeous. Congrats on a great score!

Nice composition. Don't care too much for the processing, though.

Love the sky. I can't decide if the yellows on both sides of the river take me through the picture or keep me focused on the foreground.

The yellows in the foliage seem a bit surreal, otherwise very nice.

I want to see these clouds all lit up in golden/lavender glory
Alas, the sunrise/set likely did not offer you such fun on this day
HDR is too evident

I bet this would be a beautiful photo ... even without over processing it. To me, it's just too "unreal". The greens are over saturated, the water and grass are both over sharpened. The sky and clouds are too dark. (hint: generally any kind of reflection will be darker than the original, especially reflection off of a water surface, because some of the light is lost - but in this image, the reflection is brighter than the sky)

Turn the processing down just a bit and it'll do fine.
