Sightby pikusComment: Interesting concept, but I don't feel this works on an artistic level. Composition? Point of focus? Rule of thirds? I feel like this is just a shot that says 'look, my glasses! Aren't they cool?'. |

Reflections endby cryingdragonComment: A competent shot, but needs something extra to lift it above every other 'buildings reflected in windows' shot. Nice blues. Not sure about the tree at the bottom left. Not quite sure what you're trying to communicate with this photo... perhaps the flag needs more prominence if you want it to be the focus. |

As the Sun Rises in Glory....by Nikolai1024Comment: Horizon doesn't look straight. Not that keen on the colour balancing. Composition doesn't quite work for me... rule of 3rds? Too much foreground. Foreground not lit well. Composition of foregound not compelling. |

Actually, I took this at a music festival in the UK, but I did enjoy Kerala... even if I didn't actually see any Kathakali there! |

Spiritual Reflection by BobsterLobsterComment: The photo is processed using HDR, which can have quite a strong dodge/burn effect on a sky. I also slightly adjusted the pure whites to a more pink hue but this is quite subtle. Unfortunately I couldn't rescue the burnt highlights. I completely agree that the sky is not ideal, I'm quite surprised with the ribbon! |
