Although it's bordering on that over-processed, extreme tonemapped look I'm not very fond of, you held back just enough to keep the shot interesting. Personally, I would have loved to see a wider angle shot of this with the building. No vote, I'm in this one.

As I've mentioned on other graffiti shots, I don't think of them as decay as much as I think of it as art. Although, this one is more of random writing. The building itself doesn't scream "decay" either. No vote, I'm in this one.

I'm hard pressed to fit this into the "Urban Decay" category. It looks like a papered/graffiti fence to me. A much wider angled perspective might have been a better option. No vote, I'm in this one.

Major highlight blowout on that upper wall. That will probably cost you some points with the voters. A graduated nd filter could have helped with that - or a nighttime shot with some strobes. If your camera has a histogram, learn to use it for shots like this. This also would have made for a good hdr candidate. No vote, I'm in this one.

Hmm, kinda over-the-top processing for me. Looks like there was quite a bit of random dodging and burning all over the place which left halos around most of the higher contrast areas. Also says "rural" to me, and not so much "urban." No vote, I'm in this one.

That's the problem with railroad tracks - they don't tend to decay all that well even after a hundred years. The foreground on the tracks seems pretty sharp, but the rest appears quite soft for a deep dof shot. No vote, I'm in this one.

Maybe just a tad bit over saturated and sharpened? Not a lot, but just enough to cause the overall sharpness to suffer a little. No vote, I'm in this one.

If this is an urban shot, you've got me. It looks like a cardboard cutout on some carpet. No vote, I'm in this one.

Great shot. Three things make this one stand out - the [antiquated] phone booth, the red traffic light, and the pedestrians with umbrellas. I can see this one being in the top 10. No vote, I'm in this one.
