Thanks for all the great comments everybody! =]

A lot of people wanted to know how I did this, and it really isn't complicated. Thinking back to a science class demonstration, I remembered the "colored shadows" effect. So I set up a quick test, and when I saw that it would work, I started thinking about the "creative" aspect (the key part to most challenges, in my opinion) of what to have make the shadows. I eventually thought of using flowers that matched the colored shadows, but was reluctant because of the possible "another flower shot" backlash... but I decided to do it anyway because I couldn't think of anything better. =] So I made a quick trip to the grocery store (where I had seen these multi-colored daisies in the past) and bought the flowers. I shot with the lights in several different locations, but I settled on this composition for my entry.

(I'm glad this was a "Basic Editing" challenge, or I'm sure some voters would have assumed this effect was created in Photoshop!)

I found this web page which explains the colored shadows phenomenon for anyone interested.

Nice shot! Just disappointed that the "Photographer's Comments" box says "N/A". (Most folks here like details!)

Wow what a terrific place for an environmental shoot! Great model too. Fantastic shot. Her left breast looks a little awkwardly smunched, but other than that, this is an outstanding shot...

This is a really nice setting. Unfortunately, I'm drawn to the white building, which is kind of distracting. There may something even more distracting to the right of the frame so this may be "as good as it gets", and if so, I understand...

This is way too much "digital art" post-processing for my liking. Sorry.

One of the best flower shots I've seen so far in this challenge. Bravo.

Nice shot. I think I would have liked it even more without the inset border.

This image has a very "painterly" feel to it. Was some sort of post-processing done to this pic to give it that look?

To me, might have had a little more impact without the buildings.
