like confectionary flowers on a wedding cake! almost looks edible. Clear, good colors, excellent detail in the texture.. looks sugar coated. a little too centered. nice work.

oooh! the notorious black widow spider! excellent crisp photo.. love how the web is also well defined, and yet the backdrop is appropriately out of the focus plane. They are dangerous, so I'm sure you didn't want to play around to close, but too bad you didn't have a white card or something to place behind the spider to clean up the background. I am giving this a high score, but that last comment is only "wonder".... :0)

a solid color (even plain black or white) with better lighting would clean this up. Neat concept.. focus could be a bit better, too. .. but emotive and interesting.

cropping a bit of the left side of the frame would eliminate the distracting white area in the top left corner. Otherwise, I like the textures and the sweep of the arch across and into the photo.

the petals behind the bee seem more in focus than the bee itself. great composition and timing!

I'm sorry.. I just don't get this photo. What are you trying to say? I will read the details after the challenge is over, and hope there are comments there to explain.
