telephone poles are distracting on the right edge. Not much to hold interest in the image not enough color, clouds(weather) and the dark nothing of the siloute area is not interesting either. Good concept, try again....

Very weak, the subject is weather, there are just too many opportunities to shoot fantastic weather issues, storm clouds etc. I get the idea, just find it a lazy way to shoot the subject. No challenge in the image at al, DOF is not an issue, color is not an issue, compostion is not an issue. Sorry, but this doesn't fly with me.

Because in order to get great sunsets you need "overcast" or clouds in the right spots to reflect color I would not say this really shows weather as the subject matter really asks. However, as an image it is very pleasing and I love the silloutes. it seems that the skyline goes down hill and is in the middle of the image. Horizon or skyline should be on the thirds no on the middle... Good job

Exposure is wrong to sho the "storm" coming out of the drain. nice twist on stom or weather, but the water coming out is barley visable.

I would not classify this image as weather. But would as nature or flowers.
As far as the image goes I think it is a pretty good one DOF is week on the sides, or the branch was moving and shutter speed was not fast enough to make a sharp image overall. That makes the sharp in focus part smack dap in the middle both directions and is a no no in composition rules. Rules can be broken, the image is pleasing, but because of the things I have mention have mark it lower than it probally deserves.
