What effect did weather have on the subject? I do not see any relationship to the topic. The image has some nice elements but I would like to see the light at the left bottom out so cropping it above that would be my preference. the tower is very nice and if you take out the light at the bottom the contrasting differences make a nice image. I am marking the score down because I don't think this image fits the topic.

Hmm....at first I did not like...the more I think about it I do...good capture of the fog! Good compositon. Feels a bit chilly....needs something to pull in the eye in the foreground.

too saturated the feet on the duck are nearly pick orange. other than that I think it is pretty good image, good show of the wind. Underexposed a bit as well.

Very nice! great compositon color exposure almost perfect. A little light in the top portion and the detail is getting lost. Not as sharp as it should be either.

Wind

not really seeing the wind in this image. a very gentle breeze could effect this subject. Interesting but not fully in the frame and that distracts I do like the right side good detail and lighting on the green round part as well as some of the stems that are coming down. Light blown out of out of focus parts in background and that distracts because your eyes are drawn to light and automatically go tot he lightest part of the image...in this case out of focus.
