I almost thought that happened. I looked all over the house for the dollar after this shot. Then realized it was in my PJ tops that I was wearing when I took it. Thanks for all the encouraging comments! I'll try to catch up with comments as I can. |

Day 10 - My Window.jpgby MonicagdComment: The butterfly and window sill colors go together well. Good detail on the butterfly. I hired a house painter after posting my bird nest picture. I'll give you his number if you want. ;-) |

Keys Day 11.jpgby ssodellComment: Aha! I thought it was an old Ford key. I grew up on Fords. Yes, either this is a HUGE key or you have it in a little box. If it's the former you never have to worry about losing your key. Good detail and DOF. I promise I'll get back to my dollar bill photos soon, but too much else going on. |

Suburban Strifeby tateComment: Excellent placement inside the claw. The red box is distracting, but you probably can't do anything about that. |

By George you're right, giega. My mistake on the Hillary reference. This was one of my top rated pictures. Sorry it didn't score higher overall. |

bridgetown.jpgby MeouxComment: I'm not sure what "more even with the rope fence" means; whether it's at the same elevation as the top rope or directly over the top rope. IMHO neither would be as effective as what you already shot, because if you were level with the rope you would block some of that fabulous canal scene and above the rope would make the rope fence look more like a wall, and not so appealing. I like the converging rope fence and green iron fence. And the clouds, water and buildings are great!
(edit) OK, iron fences don't turn patina, I guess it's bronze? It nicely complements the green water. Message edited by author 2007-06-13 18:54:03. |

sunset.jpgby MeouxComment: Amazing depth and coloring. Umm...do you think you could put some details about how you took and postprocessed your shots? It would really help us that want to take pictures like that. |
