stuffed my dollar in a birds nest, effectively giving the birds a home equity loan to expand their nest.
Do you believe this nest is outside my home built in 1999? The detail tells me I need to start doing some upkeep.

I almost thought that happened. I looked all over the house for the dollar after this shot. Then realized it was in my PJ tops that I was wearing when I took it. Thanks for all the encouraging comments! I'll try to catch up with comments as I can.

That's funny, will you foreclose on that if they can't make the payments? I have a birds nest on my neighbors house that's been there at least 5 years and it is used every spring by a robin.

LoL!! Funny idea, and man can you believe sticks stay together almost 10 years later? Birds are amazing...they build these things with their mouths! Thanks for the funny story, great detail on your photo.

This is one of the funniest things I've seen in a while. Those poor birds. :)
