Guthrie Theatreby aquaman1227Comment: I like how the time exposure puts action into a scene that otherwise appears to be very static. Nice ghostly images. Too small though at 500 pixels instead of the allowed 720. |

Lindisfarne Castleby cthulhuComment: The subject seems to be a boat and poles, followed by a dock and boats followed by a hill way in the distance. Is the castle on that far off hill? There is just too much competing for my attention on this shot. |

Oblique sunsetby alepisaComment: I like the slanted exposure, but the sunset is pretty blown out for my taste. The water is positioned well if there was any detail in the sun, but otherwise there isn't that much interest in the foreground or sky. |

New Brunswick Winterby gijoehosaphatComment: This really looks cold and desolate. It makes me glad to be in Southern California instead of Northern Minnesota where I was raised. The mid-picture horizon is risky. Maybe cropping closer to their feed and losing much of the left side would make the people more prominent and make the horizon more fit the "rules". |

The Ancientby inshaalaComment: I'm not so sure about this one. It's an alligator or crocodile, but just seeing the middle of it and so much negative space doesn't do it for me. You do have excellent detail on the hide. This looks like it may have been a "Skin" outtake. |

Sensual Sweet Cottonby rodfulkComment: This must be someone close to you with some things she's proud of. The flash hurts this shot with shadows and glare. Since this is probably an old shot you picked and you couldn't re-shoot maybe you could have fixed it post-processing with dodge and burn and blur. |

Fly Freeby nibblesComment: Good idea, but it's cropped a bit too close on top, where the wing touches the edge. It also seems a little too magenta tinged, though it may be due to the actual sky color. I'd like to see more detail in the bird. |

Dog's Cliche by npala101Comment: Yes it is, but otherwise not an especially interesting shot. I think it would have more interest in color, especially if it was a nice red or yellow hydrant. Also it's not as sharp as I'd like to see it. |

White Sands, New Mexicoby ashoffComment: It looks like a good time of day with the long shadows on the grass tufts. I don't really like the cut-off white sand dune. I'd prefer an angle showing more of the dune, or maybe just square it off with more to the left. |

My Hidden Gem...by seasawComment: I like the flowers and the woman in the middle to give an idea of scale. I don't really like the red border, though it does match many of the flowers. |
