This is a boring subject. Your composition is okay but there is so little going on here that I just can't rate it higher than a 3.

Lines And Curves

This is an unpleasant shot. Mainly because the model's boob is about to fall out. I'm not a prude but, honestly, this model's figure is not attractive enough to pull this off. You just want her to zip her top back up. She's too bony looking for the 'curves' your title suggests. Also, you should have made the shot at a moment when the wind wasn't blowing her hair in her face. The colors are rather drab and the model's pale skin practically blends into her surroundings.
The composition is good.

This is just a weird shot, sorry. It looks ike you stuck that figure onto some striped paper and shot with flash (thus the hot spots on the figure's chin, forehead, etc). I don't get the statement you are making.

This really could have been focused a lot better to make the statement more clear. The tone arm, a significant component of the composition, is very fuzzy. The only element in focus is the spindle.

Hard & Soft

The lighting on this could be improved. There is very little detail visible in the boots and the shadows don't work for this composition. There is some weird shiny white spot to the left of the boots that is very distracting.

This is a rather out of focus. It doesn't appear that a lot of thought went into this set-up. The lighting seems to be direct flash from overhead which washes out colors and details (like the creases in the boot). The background is nice and simple but the subject is very 'blah'.
