Kersplatkacha shermderthunkby moonwellComment: That had to have been a messy shoot! :D The shaft seems a bit weird and there seems to be a bit of overprocessing going on but i cant put my finger on it. Watch jaggies on the shaft as well ;) If this was based on concept and effort/timing you would do amazingly well - nice compo too :) |

Falco Tinnunculusby SimmsComment: Let me guess - you are an employee of a falconry or mates with one? Looks like a night shot with a large diffused flash. No matter - amazing shot! :) |

Yet another aurora borealisby OdieComment: Might be harsh of me to say - but because you have/had natures best display at your disposal i find it difficult to judge these photos, and thus looking at the points of interest, the aruroa is fine, if a little grainy, the landscape is fine, if a little dark, and the light from the houses is blown and it seems as if you tried to rescue that and the attempt bled into the sky... So i feel let down really... HDR is in the rules these days for a reason. And even if you dont have true hdr capabilities, i'm fairly sure you will have the ability to mask layers... Compositionally this is a nice shot tho :) |
