Perfect skyline photograph. Well exposed, nice tones, no blown out lights, a wonderful vision of Toronto. Technically perfect gets you to an 8 ... nothing really original enough here to push it higher.

OK, I admit it, I am soooooooooooooo freaking tired of water droplets I skip right past most of them with a big old yawn. But not this one. Showed me something different. And for that you get an 8. Nah, strike that. Make it a 9.

This is wild. When I first saw it, the bottom half looked like it had to be digitally manipulated. But you've got the validation stamp, and a 9 from me to boot.
