Cool subject and great colors. Try closing your aperture and slowing your shutter speed down and rotate or wiggle the camera during the exposure. Try to get below 1/20 sec or less if you can. See what happens!

Reflected Cliffs

Those reflections are great. Like Monet's garden. Guessing this is not Lake Merritt, but trying to figure out where it might be. Nice image. I agree that cropping out more or even all of the non-reflected part of the wall at the top would help. That bright white wall pulls attention away from the reflections.

This is really nice. The texture on the wall is wonderful. I do find the woman on the right a bit distracting. Maybe try cropping the right side right at the door frame. It cuts the guy in half, but he balances the dark vertical line to the left,. And it's kind of interesting and mysterious to see him walking out of the frame.

Out to Sea

I really liked this one. The texture on the waves is lovely; so is the color palette. And that spot of sunlight shining on the water and in the clouds makes the whole thing pop.
