Colorado Street Bridge - 1913by GotchaComment: Another lovely shot - there're too many this week, I can't choose! One thing though - is your lens/glass a bit dirty? There are a few dark spots in this shot ... |

Stream filterby xertionComment: What an odd (in a good way) shot this is: it looks almost like a sudio shot, probably because of the evenness of the light. Love that weed, too. |

Bridge to Nowhereby robbiehComment: This is a magnificent photo - the tonal range whilst keeping detail in the sky and clouds is wonderful, and something achieved by so few others. Not quite my favourite, but technically the best so far, congratulations. |

Country Footbridgeby tcherringComment: Interestingly aged look. And good composition - and love the subject too. did it really need the monochrome treatment? |

Snow Bridgeby rafterComment: could almost be on a christmas card - great shot, but a little too orthodox for what I give top marks to. I guess a 9 won't hurt though :-) |

Bridge to the Pastby jerrftComment: Thise trees to the right of frame could almost be out of a silver print - top marks for that. The woodwork on the building lets it down a little - too much light, I think, I get the sensation that you're losong detail because of it, and certainly texture. And i feel that the composition calls for something darker at the foot of the frame. nit-picking though. |

'Water Under the Bridge' (Cello Bridge)by dsidwellComment: I know cellists who'd murder you if you did that to their instrument! Great idea - execution gives 9/10 - I think the dynamic range is too great here, but only just. Highlights are flaring a little, no? |

Niles Canyon Railwayby TarbiniComment: Hurrah for colour, at last. Is this a slightly wide-angle shot? Whatever, I love the effect. The DOF might be a little deep, or the focus is in the wrong place for me, or something. Maybe composition? I need to think about this a bit more ... 8 for now :-) |

Dreaming Of Veniceby catjonesComment: why have you made this b&w? I love the colours of the stone in this street, and you've taken them all away! Shame, too, about the flare out of the sky. |
