What a PHENOMINAL piece of artwork this shot is!!! The editing is SUPERB! I really LOVE this shot! Not sure what it will do with voters who are going to take this "literally" in terms of "time lapse" definitions, or those who are looking for a "traditional editing" job......but, in my books.....this is a EXCELLENT piece and I love it! 9 from me!

What a phenominal shot! Exquisite focus, shapes, sparkle and background! Makes me feel COLD and yet warm all at the same time. Love the title and the star adds a certain.....je ne sais quoi that simply adds to the enchantment of this shot. Nicely done!

I'm glad that this has been validated as it proves that the seemingly "impossible" simply means that someone cannot figure out how the heck you could possibly do this within the rules! *grin*

ohhhh....bet you're taking flack for the "uneven/tilted" glass in this one!??? *smile* I had to take so much flack for a couple of my shots where the cup/glass or whatever wasn't "level". Certainly, this shows "ice"!

Oh wow......now this shot is so simplistic, but somehow, the play of shadow and light, the loneliness of this dying branch, it's bent over, broken positioning, somehow just captures a mood that really says something!!! Almost makes me want to cry. You've evoked an emotion in me and THAT is worth more than all of the "brilliant studio shots" all combined! 9 from me!!!! Please don't let others tell you that this isn't a great shot! LOVE IT!!!! It's a picture that's worth a thousand words!!! (Hey, I vote differently than most in here who will vote high on the esthetically and technically pleasing studio shots!!! :))

Lovely white on white capture! Just wish that the border had have been left off or a think black one. The red border kind of distracts from the shot's loveliness. Still.....great shot! I like it!
