Lavaby KronusComment: Goodness when I saw the thumbnail for this I thought tschhh someone pratting around in search of the brown but then once its open and you get to realise there is that wonderful translucent person in the frame is a real treat
Perhaps my only thought would have been to crop it slightly higher to lose a bit of the drak floor pmaybe (if it was possible) seeing some more of the lava lamp mural as the black of the floor is a bit incongruous with the rest of the image
Lovely and I am glad I did not let my perception put me off looking at this |

Waldo at Workby BeeCeeComment: Wow, what are those structures? oil pipes??? They are beautiful in a non traditional way and give your shot such a beautiful set of leading lines, love the colour contrast between the silver of the pipes and the greenery around.
Oh BTW I did spot Waldo but I think this shot is about so much more than just a hidden person
Lovely |

Art Show at the City Hallby tetoComment: LOl fantatsic, lots of my favourite things here interesting architecture a lovely black and white and an (albeit small) candid. I laughed and laughed when I spotted Waldo their head is about a foot lower than you would expect it to be which really adds to the hidden nature of the subject |

Mabry Millby SJCarterComment: Very nice crisp clean image (I can almost taste the fresh air) I can see Waldo but glad that he (or is it a she) is nicely integrated into the shot rather than being a hidden add-on |

Don't leave a rock unturnedby HighNoonerComment: Oh that is a really super image for the challenge, beautiful to look at in itself and a Waldo that, because of the colours of his clothes truely blends in to the shot whilst being big enough to make you think doh how did I miss him before after you have found him. The glare (sunshine on water is (imo) just a touch harsh but other than that perfection - 9 |

Something to Hold On Toby banmornComment: A shot that gets you thinking, is this a down and out with his cardboard home or someone working on the firehydrant who just happens to have cardboard by they
Very sympathetically taken which the soft tones really enhance |

Seaside Archby orvaratliComment: Yes of course its easy to spot Waldo, but IMO far better to have him here and looking so contemplative (and thus really enhancing the overall effect) than stuck away in a corner just to be a little better hidden. What a wonderful piece of natural archtiecture this is and the blue contrast between the water and the sky is fantastic.
Feel this might do very well and I think it deserves to |

Hidden Amongst Natureby J-MeComment: Woah...Makes me think of the film Deliverance great shot in that it has almost an ominous nature about it yet at the same time (dont ask me why/how) there seems to be a touch of vunerability about the hidden person. Some people may think the foliage is a touch flat but for me it just adds to the ambiance of the picture the way it is |

Fellowship Towersby maxaz1Comment: Lovely, is that two Waldos I spy in the shade. Nice shot, good for the competition, simple but very well executed |

Limestoneby ZoomdakComment: I get the feeling someone was told to put on a green dress specially for the competition. Super shot, though maybe even better without the handbag which rather grabs the attention. Nice shot |
