I like the darkness of the shot. Its not too overpowering but it gives a sense of slight oppression (as if night was falling and you shouldnt really be here)

Cant work out 465th at all

Well your description made me laugh. Love the blurred focus of the background grass

Very nice image, but PLEASE if you get a road runner in your garden can you take a shot of it, I have only ever seen them in cartoons and I fear that the depiction may not be 100% accurate

Great border as well

Ha...kids and deep water...even with lifejackets it does not make for the most relaxing of parental moments

Love the composition here and the dead space in the top right really accentuates the lovely expressions and sharp colours of your daughter and niece

Ha it seems like we are weather twins beacuse it did not rain here either

The curved pathway creates a very interesting leading line, especially the way you have it framed with the foliage

woah there...for me this shot works fine, especially from a composition perspective. Love the lone girl and lone seagull sharing the same space yet distant from each other

Well I am struggling to understand why this finished as low as it did

Great composition and the gentle focus really helps to add to the sense of other-worldliness of the shot

Beautiful colours

Well this is a picture to warm the cockles of one heart

I hope his sadness athis siblings departure was more than offset by the fact that he got to spend time alone with mum

The two of you look to have had a lovely day
