Hmmm well I both admire your restraint in not buying anything (I am a big Simpsons fan) and also your photography given that you have not used grid lines before (I love the fact that people are experimenting in this challenge)

Got to say the primary colours of the Kwik E mart sign just blaze out wonderfully on this quadtych

Day 19: Little Green Bee

Outstanding macro and the shimmering green luminescence of the bee works wonderfully with the rich yellow of the plant

Another shot that would not look out of place gracing the cover of a nature magazine. Congratulations

Ha, you and I obviously have completely different ideas of what a 'not good' shot is. Super shot with the fence providing a great leading line and the road runner smack on a rule of third point which really attracts the eye

Beautiful abstract roz and the colours are to die for, the greens and red on the plant are just brought right out by that luxuriant blue and purple background

I really like the composition of this the beautiful blue sky in the right of the frame provides lovely negative space, the fencing a strong doiagonal and the tree is captured very well

Not spectacular? I think it is in a wonderful understated way

Very nice green colouring and I like the fact that you have got it sharpened so much that you feel even a shade more would be too much but that it has exactly the right level of pop. If I was being uber critical I would say that the other bit of green coming out from the top of the frame is a touch distracting but this is really only a marginal thing

I reckon if you do another 3 or 4 of these triptych tests then you wont care what the lighting looks like by the end

oh btw my personal preference is the middle one though I do like the fact that on the right the backdrop means you cant see the wall
