Sneaky! At first I didn't get it. Great expression in the eyes.

Good framing, nice colors. I like the color of the watch, the man's face and hair. The brim partically obscuring the face puts attention on the hand with its curved fingers, which is interesting.

I like your use of "thirds" to define the space.

The use of empty spaceis good, but the figure is not clear enough.

I liked everything about this photo. The way the water curving over her head looks like jello, glistening jewel quality of her suit, the vulnerable beauty of her face and breasts, the bubble of air also with a jewel quality to it. The stillness of her face, with the bubble testifying that this is an airbreathing person, not a mermaid. I would have cropped it to include the rest of her bosom if possible, but otherwise thought it was a beautiful and witty portrait. I didn;t comment during the voting because I expected you would get tons of great comments. After reading a couple of negative comments, I thought I'd go ahead and add mine. I gave it a 7 because I would have liked it cropped a little differently. If you were able to capture it, I would have preferred to include her whole chest. And no, this is not lust. I'm a middle aged woman. :)

Good use of "thirds" in the composition. Just not quite enough going on. The figure is the only focal point, and the angle of the stance is ambiguous.
