I was really hoping not to see too many family pet shots this week though. Not sure if the grey lines at the top and bottom of the screen are borders but if they are I'm not keen.

Having said that there's some extremely effective colouring in this photo - must have taken a while to get the right shot too.

Perhaps the dimensions of this shot don\'t help it - I\'m not keen on shots which are far wider than they are tall or vice versa. Could have maybe lost an inch or two at the top.

A very good shot though - and from someone who actually appears to have taken time out to go out there to shoot their pic - rare by this week\'s standards.

I'm keen on the title and the one spot of real colour in its eye.

But this could benefit from being a little bigger - and I think at this size, the border is a little heavy too. Pity because this is a very nice photo otherwise. Still a decent mark despite my small criticisms.

First let me get a criticism out of the way and say I am not keen on this style of border AT ALL.

Apart from this I like this picture - it's a lovely landscape shot and the theme is there to see. Maybe it could have done with being a little closer to the subject though.
