The Land Before Time - Day 3by sherpetComment: Jeeze, everyone is getting sentimental with their slice of life entries!
Next time tell me to bring tissues - I am a sucker for sentiment
thanks for sharing the history behind the photo.
Additionally, My nieces and nephews took delight when we travel from NY to Florida and come upon the "Great Vally" somewhere in Virginia and they told the story of Littlefoot.
It was nice to remember that time....Thank you |

My Reasonsby chesireComment: Thank you for sharing the sentiment of your photo. Sometimes it's not about winning ribbons or getting the right capture. Once in a while it's an opportunity to convey some heart-felt things that you just need to tell people about.
You told a sentimental story and I feel lucky to have read it. |

My sentiment too - nice forethought to compose the photo so well.
How did you get that edge effect, or border? |

Story-time.jpgby SinkyComment: Nightly reading was (and is) a ritual for me. When I was small I shared my room with my Oma (Gramma in German). She read with her glass of brandy and I read with my tiny juice glass of beer. That's a cherished memory for me - thanks for reminding me.
Aren't pictures great that way? Your photo did a very kind thing for me - Thank You :) |
