Go back and post what you use for processing and what steps you took. I'd be interested to see what the PP gurus say...Since we are all looking for that POP in out photos.

Or maybe some could post their attempts - I'd(meaning me)take notes and it would be another post-it on my hint wall.

I like the composition and the contrast with the background.

I hope my comment doesn't sound too pushy, like I'm telling you what to do, but when I go back and forth with my friend Tlemetry, she shows me different methods...and I learn a lot.

Love the contrasting ideas here:
the green plate on the orange of the bamboo and that you have a cat spreader for your crab appetizer - very clever.

I wish the DOF was just a little higher, but you already explained that it was a rushed shot.

Lesson learned? LOL now this is the pot calling the kettle black ;)
