How cute. He looks a lot like our kitten from many years ago. His name was Pickers. (Mainly because his claws went into our 2-year-old sons skin and he looked at me with his big eyes and said "Mom, pickers, pickers!) When I finally figured it out we removed the kitten from his leg and asked him which one he wanted to take home ... and the little guy was already named!
Great job. Those eyes are amazing, so deep and peer right into your soul.

Try this Jake, I'm not sure it'll work, but its worth a try. Crop just a little into the ear on the left side.
It will give more balance, since the back is cropped just a little. And it will take our eyes away from the background animals.
I like what you've done with it so far. AND I'm not sure what I'm suggesting will work or not.

Fantastic crop. I'm not so sure the earring commands the attention. It's a toss up between the earrings, the beautiful green eye, or the lips. I think the eye and the lips grab the attention from the earring. And you know what, in my mind that is perfectly great considering how beautiful your eye and lips are.
