Day 2 - Recrop of original postby JLCComment: Try increasing the contrast a little on this. It has a hazy look to it and increased contrast could help that out. You may need to bring the brightness down a bit if you do though in order to keep from blowing out portions of the shot. |

Day 1 - Daisyby JLCComment: Try selecting just the flower in layers to add the color back on just that flower. The way you did it you have bleed over onto the other flower making it look like you added the color back. IMHO the secret to pp is to either make it look like its supposed to be that way or go so overboard it can't be mistaken for a mistake (like some of the textures and pattern stuff). Have you tried the tutorial section? there's a lot of good stuff in there. And then just play with it and keep trying different things. |

Rabid Mint Leavesby Art RoflmaoComment: Actually my 7 year old learned at school what that white foam is. There's a bug of some sort (its white he thinks) that makes that foamy spit stuff as its home to hide from predators. Get a toothpick and move the spit stuff out of the way to see if he's right. Or its a toxin made by the hellyans and we should submit to their demands. |
