M a g i c L i g h tby tonodzComment: I think this shot has great potential. Unfortunately, I think the only area that it's lacking is the lighting. I'd like to see more light on her face. As is, her skin tone pretty flat. Still a good shot! |

Sunset Over the Rockiesby smurfguyComment: Thanks for your comments all. I was a little bummed because I was above 6 for most of the week, and was hoping to stay there. Indeed, the crop is tight, but there wasn't much I could do. I wanted the whole scene horizontally, and - dirty civilization - there was an apartment complex just below the tree. =)
I'm just glad to have caught the image on my way home from work! Message edited by author 2006-10-11 10:16:53. |

Mr. S.by rileyComment: Great shot - unfortunately, probably too many midtones for High Contrast. |

Lorikeetby skylineComment: I think this would have been great with some extra luminance contrast. The picture has an averall greyish, low-contrast feeling, imo. Otherwise, a great capture! |

Glass Beautyby JoJoeComment: There seems to be some definite JPEG noise in there. The grey area has blotches, and the blue area seems to be bleeding. Can you save it at a higher quality setting during post processing? |

Sunbathingby Dax-Comment: I like this a lot. I think the extreme DOF really leads us to the subject. Some might say there's a lack of contrast. I say 8! |

13by DiamondPeteComment: Now that's a cool use of what would generally be seen as over saturation. Well done. |
