strong, graphic shot. The tree adds some interesting texture but I'm not too sure that it doesn't compete with the window

Overexposed in Manual mode to give the white light impression and then zoomed the lens through a long shutter speed to get this effect. Used a polariser to darken it up enough to allow the long exposure.

CC: To me this seems like two pictures - the top half is a great cityscape/ mountains behind etc, and the bottom half is a colourful, crowded beach scene - lots of life and people and great colours, contrasts and the sea. I'm left a bit confused as to which bit is really the focus of the picture - the mountain is solid and stately, very statically placed bang in the center of the frame, and there is this busy riot of people below - I feel it somehow needs to be linked together, either by similar shapes, or positions of pieces to join these two, maybe with the shapes of the umbrellas mirroring the mountains ?

CC: Great framing, good composition too. I love how the hills roll to the horizon. One thing maybe missing and common to a lot of great landscape shots is some more foreground interest. This would add to the scale and provide maybe something to rest your eye on. A small bush, and interesting rock and flower bravely facing the elements. With this in the frame, you could include more foreground, less sky ?

Another option if you are looking for a clearer shot is to consider using a polariser, which would reduce some of the atmospheric haze - although personally I like the depth it has added to your picture.
