Very nice idea and lighting. My only suggestion would be to perhaps diffuse the light with something. The circular light in the reflection is a little bit distracting.

Wet Head

Wow!! Thanks for all the nice comments. I was walking down a path and saw this last remaining bunch of flowers, when I got closer, there he was hiding in a perfect pose. I used a kenko 36mm extension tube and a sb600 flash with a stofen omni bounce. I took some other shots without the flash that gave me a nicer green background, but the wind and the light were against me.

Nice focus,color, and lighting. If you removed the dirt specs and the little rectangle, ref;ected on the right side it would really improve the photo.

Baryshnikov, the Purple Version

The top bottle is photographed very nicely, the bottom one doesn't add to the picture. (Maybe remove it or change the lighting.) I think bright refelection on the glass and green part of the bottom bottle seem out of character with the subtle reflections of the top one.

Very interesting picture, great lighting. My only criticism would be that perhaps the string in the upper left could have been positioned a bit higher or to the left. The way it is positioned now, my eye is drawn to the string itself. It's also the only string that crosses another.

Sunset and Leading Lines

Nice lines. Sky is a bit bright and perhaps a tighter crop to eliminate the foreground or greater DOF to bring the high grass in the foreground into better focus.
