I see a head with a large nose and chin looking up towards the left side. I also see a genie like creature waving to me. I would consider cropping the small black strip along the left side. Maybe it's my monitor, but I keep looking for details and all I see are a couple white specs in the middle. There's so much beautiful texture and details in the rest of the image, it feels a bit out of place to me.

Nice portrait. The pose and the outfit is great, but I think it's a bit over processed. The skin is too smooth, the head piece looks off(too much sharpening or noise reduction maybe?) and the hairline looks odd.
