I tried several times to come up with the light setup that will result in something like your GREAT portrait, the best I've been able to come up with was this which falls way short of your result. I am hoping you will tell me about your setup. This is an incredible shot and I would give it a 10 without a doubt, but I am not voting in this challenge. Good luck !!!!

Beautiful smile and great light. The color would appear to be a bit off, perhaps too much magenta? Also, it would have been great to have a catch light in the eyes, this is some times difficult when using natural light (as it appears to have been the case here). There is a trick that I learned from Joey Lawrence, it is to place a speedlight in front of the subject set at very low power so that it does not alter the lighting but it does create the catch light. That and whitening the sclerae during process would have given her eyes a lot of sparkle and improved this photo a lot, I think. (not voting)
