It is my humble opinion that most of the voters on here are either completely blind or they only look at each photo for a split second and don't have enough brain cells to figure it out. lol. I really really like this photo and the effect you achieved with the saturation sharpness and colors. Unfortunately, the person is not well hidden, esp. since they are wearing blue. I think its great though. Where is this?

It's All Just a Blur Now...

Very nice image but I think it would have been better without the blurry person or people. I love the colors. I would crop it lower to get rid of the ugly parking garage and its harsh lights as well as the sign in the upper right.
