All I can think of is the monolith in '2001'. I think its cuz the plants look so alien that I think this is a different time or place than the present.

Wow, this looks like HDR (I mean this as a compliment not an accusation). You have pulled off the impossible by perfectly exposing everything in a low light situation. Good job. But if I could add one tiny suggestion, the trees behind the bridge could use some burning, I don't know... could be my monitor.
